This crash dump references SOUNDS~1.ax which is most likely a third-party audio plug-in (I imagine SOUNDS~1.ax is the 8.3 version of some long filename).

So what plug-ins are you using in the project?

Thanks for including the complete crash dump, but it would be helpful to know what you were doing when it crashed as well (eg. " I added X plug-in and I crashed", or "I crashed when I hit play..." or rendered or closed ACID or...)

In this case it appears as though the crash occurs in the plug-in so the crash dump is not particularly useful to us. If we find out what the offending plug-in is we *might* be able ot fix it... sometimes the best we can do is try to diagnose the problem, inform the plug-in developer about it, and hope they fix it.
