If all your project files are in the same folder (that's how I keep mine) then just delete the folder from the Windows Explorer. If they're scattered about, then it might be easier to go into the Vegas media pool, select all the files there, then right-click and select "Remove from project and delete file(s)." Then all you have left to do is delete the .veg file.
