Ok, once again the prodject on acid sounds way better then when I render the wav file and burn it. Here's the equipment I'm using: Behringer 32ch. mixer, Korg trition pro X 88 key keyboard, Ibanez S series electric guitar, Korg MS 2000 analog synth, A pentuim3 1.7 ghz computer with 512Mb of ram, a soundblaster Audigy platinum sound card (using the digital audio out), and a plextor CD-RW drive. I use Acid 4.0b, Soundforge 6.0d and every DirectX plugin I can get my hands on. Do I need to adjust volume levels to a certian amount to achieve the depth I'm looking for? Please hook me up with some advice on specific levels for specific sounds...I would greatly appreciate this, also maybe some EQ settings or plugins that might help? thank you soooo much. DJ JC3

I take it you've seen my response to your previous post?

Are you listening to the ACD project and its rendered WAV over the same system? (I'm guessing the answer is yes but it doesn't hurt to check.)

I'll repeat that how you hear it in ACID should be how the resulting rendered file should also sound. (Lossy formats such as MP3 are, of course, the exception to the rule.)

How are you burning? Straight from ACID? Sound Forge?
