I'm assuming this is what you're doing. If you have the full version of SoundForge (not the Studio/XP version), then you can place markers at each break point, then Special / Convert Markers to Regions, then Tools / Export Regions. This will save each section between the markers in a separate file. If you choose the "short filename" option it will save them all with a base file name followed by 000.wav, 001.wav, 002.wav, 003.wav ... etc. automatically.
