Currently you have to open two instances of Vegas, select all in one of them, copy to clipboard (Ctrl+C), and paste into the other instance (Ctrl+V). Unfortunately keyboard operations are not scriptable. Also, scripting runs inside Vegas instance, so script is limited to that instance. It is possible to write two scripts: Sender and Receiver to communicate, but it's unnecessarily complex and I doubt you'll be able to pass all the info across.
