Subject:File-Open and keyboard shortcut CTRL+0 suddenly do not work in Sound Forge 6.0 Posted by: annieE Date:4/25/2003 11:38:35 PM I have been using Sound Forge 6.0 with no problems but now the program hangs when I attempt to open a file through the menu. I have no problem opening any of the recent files displayed. I tried reloading the program and even reverting to a previous system setup, but the problem is still occurring. I found another reference to the problem in Forum, but could not find a solution. FAQs recognise the problem in Sound Forge 5.0, but say there is no problem with 6.0. Fix for 5.0 is not applicable. I would really appreciate some help on this.

You can also attempt to narrow down the problem by trial and error by renaming or moving the fileio plug-in .dlls one at a time in the Sound Forge folder and re-starting til it works. J.
