Subject:sound not coming up

i dont know if this ? has already com up, but i just made a mix and recorded it into acid. it recorded like 70 or 80 mins, but when i went to listen to it, you dont hear anything after like 30-35 mins into the mix. there are still the waves and everything so i know it recorded it. please help me out, any answers are greatly appreciated!

It almost sounds like something interrupted the recording, like a screen saver or utility kicked in. Be sure nothing like that runs.

Do you see a waveform up until about 30 min. into the mix? If there's no sound, then there should be no waveform visible.
