Anyone know where I can get a sh*tload of wav loops? (preferably from one website)

If you have ACID Pro, you can also check out the Get Media feature for exclusive, royalty-free content, which can really add up over time. (Back it all up, though. Once they're gone, they're gone.)

the thing is, though the computer w/ Acid doesn't have Internet access

You could install ACID on a system with Internet access, but remember that legally you must be the only one using the copy installed on a second system.
