when i try to play an song i gets an error sounds like....
an error occurred while starting playback!!!!!
an unsuported media type was requested,what should i do

Open up 'My Computer' then go to tools, folder options and click on the 'VIEW' tab. Then uncheck the box that says 'hide extensions for known file types' click on apply and then go to the file that you wanted to open and in the name of the file there should be 3-4 letters after the file name like .jpg, .acd.

Please state what these letters are and please state what programme you are trying to open them up in please.
