Ok I am recording from a line-in source and I get a Low buzz, this is constain when its recording low sound how can I get rid of this ?

What soundcard do you have? Sounds like a ground loop could also be creeping in. Try plugging all equipment into the same source if possible. (Don't overdo it, of course.)

Make sure cables do not cross each other and are not near any interference as well (like power supplies, florescent lighting, etc.).

I've found that computer monitors are a common source of electromagnetic interference. If your speakers are near your monitor, they can act as antennae for that interference all the way back to your soundcard. Most people don't consider that soundcards use a common ground for both input and output. Fluorescent lighting and anything motorized, such as ceiling fans and air conditioners can add electrical noise to your input. Make sure all of your audio cables are good quality shielded cables. Your computer's cooling fan itself is a possible culprit. Cheaper soundcards are notorious for not being well shielded.

One thing to make sure of is to use balanced cables. I had the same problem and once I used balanced cables the buzz was gone for good.
