Subject:Acid Pro 4 seems to crash on loading ...

If I load Acid Pro 4 and there is nothing else running (like cubase or cakewalk) then it runs just fine.

If however Cubase is open and then I go to load Acid 4 the machine gives a Blue Screen Of Death.

I'm using Win2k Pro.

What audio hardware are you using?
What is Cubase setup to use for its audio output?
