Subject:trouble with beat mapper

hey i am having trouble figuring out the beat mapper i can get some mixes to be perfect and not others any one have any tips on how to mix trax perfectly ? please help i am getting really frustrated.

If you are mixing a mixcd, then the best thing is to get each track as near as you can in Beatmapper, but bear in mind that all tunes change tempo a little either intentionally or because they've been recorded from vinyl which doesn't keep 100% perfect pitch.

What I would do is just get to the part you are mixing and if it does not line up in hitpoints, just move the piece backwards or forwards in beatmapper and re-insert then see if the waves( high points) match up together. Hope this is not too confusing an explanation!

Like Greg said, it could be a case where some files that were brought into the Beatmapper had varying tempo. There's actually a pretty good KB article on such a subject. It takes some work, but so does good music.
