I wrote them about this. Sure does seem like we've taken a backseat to their other stuff. Used to be we would get the cd by the 18th or so of the month. The last 3 i've received haven't gotten here till the end of the month. And now it's April 2nd and it still didn't get here. I'm becoming a little angry at the lack of integrity here.

When does your subscription run out? When they announced in January, I asked if they could retroactivate me, since I still had a partial year left. They said "no." Basically, fi I wanted to renew, I'd have to pay for a full year and get double copies in the overlapping months.

I just assumed I was done. Maybe not...

Some of the March loop subscription series discs went out late.

I got mine yesterday, after emailing customer service earlier in the week to find out if they'd shipped yet. I also found out from Customer Service -- to my dismay -- that the loop subscription series is being discontinued, so when mine expires in May...that's it for me. Too bad, since the loop sub series is the best value for money in the samples game.
