V4 MPEG2 Render Problems (No Sound/Upside Down)

Folks--
I've just recently started using my full registered version of V4. I had used the Beta previously.

If I render a DV video to MPEG1 or AVI, I have no problems. When I render to MPEG2 and play it with Windows Media Player on the same PC, I get sound but the video looks like a TV that's lost it's hold (i.e., hoizontal lines/solid color bands). If I send the same MPEG2 file to another PC, I get no sound and the video is upside down.

Strange. I'm sure it's a simple fix, so any info is much appreciated.

Solved. Nothing to do with Vegas (should have known.....)

On my system, when using the DualHead DVDMax feature of the Matrox G550, it screws the video in the main window. Turning off DVDMax solves it.
