Subject:Rendering error

Why am I getting an error message when trying to render my project in .wma format? It happens in ACID 4 pro and in Sound Forge 6. I want to upload my songs on acid planet. Error 0xc00d0bc2 (message missing) is what it says when I try to render it.

There is a fix for the error..just do a search of the forum ..
