Current bid is $1 for the full version (not an upgrade), although there is still over 6 days left and the reserve isn't met yet. The seller has 99.8% positive feedback out of 553; not bad!

The upgrade from VideoFactory 2.0 to Vegas 3.0 was $199 not $149. You’re thinking of the upgrade from Vegas 3 to Vegas 4, which was $149 until March 15th. You can buy the full version of Vegas 4 for $289 at www.rsvp.ca or for $299 at Safe Harbor (www.sharbor.com).

Thank you all for the information! I will be hopefully purchasing Vegas 3.0 soon!

Looks like someone else read your response and has bid. $51 is now the price, and I'm sure going up from there!

Thanks again!

Don't worry, it wasn't me. I've already got both Vegas 3 and 4.

I wouldn't go over $120 or so. Best Buy was often selling Vegas 3 for $125 to $150 in their online store. If you have to pay any more than that, save up the extra few bucks and go for Vegas 4 instead.

Thanks for the information. In your opinion, I assume that Vegas 4.0 has everything that Vegas 3.0 has/had?

I remember when Sonic foundry was selling Vegas 3 for about $600 on the online store, but if you bought an upgrade from Video Factory 1.0 which was only a $50 program at the time it was only $200, I think they realised that everyone was buying Video factory, then buying the upgrade and only paying $250 for the full Vegas 3.
