I am working on a project in surround and I need a way to master the output. Typically when doing a stereo master I like to use the PSP vintage warmer and the Waves L2. However in surround sound that is just not possible. Are there any plug ins that work across the 5.1 master? Like a 6 channel limiter and a 6 channel tape saturation plug in? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Last I checked the Waves surround bundle was rtas and tdm only.

We do not currently support plug-ins on the surround master bus, nor am I aware of any DX plug-ins designed to work with 5.1 audio yet.

For now, you can render your surround project to 6 mono wave files and then fly these in as tracks statically panned to the appropriate channels and do your mastering processing on these tracks.
