Undocking Preview

I have a dual monitor setup (MatroxG450) which works ok on other software. This may not have any bearing on my difficulty which is this. I cannot undock the preview window, all it does is move it side to side to the point where it vanishes off the left side of the main screen except for the handle. I can drag it back but it never undocks. Can some kind person tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hi Maylee,

This might be due to a "snapping" setting in the display tools. I'd check there first.

Thanks, Marty. My problem was clicking on the wrong spot. It should be just to the right of the wide bar at the left side of the window, not on the wide bar itself, which allows resizing. Duh! Not immediately obvious.
