I saw this posted on the COW forums. I have the same problem. I searched all the archives but can't find an answer. "Try this yourself...go to Record Set mode to: punch in -set for specific length in the "length" window Enter 3 hours... As soon as you leave the window it will default to 2 hours. Seems like that shouldn't happen. There may be some other way to record for a set period of time...but I haven't yet discoved it. Thanks for your help." I'm running XP with NTFS. The person that posted was also running NTFS. what's the solution? |

There isn't one. Punch-in is limited to two hours. To record more with 4.5/5.0/6.0, you'd have to use some mode other than punch-in and stop it yourself or use sync features. Several recording enhancements will show up in next major version of Sound Forge, including a few things that will probably make this task easier. J. |
