Subject:GigaStudio and Acid 4

I'm trying out the Demo of Acid 4. I have an external MIDI keyboard as a trigger for GigaStudio which I can play just fine. However, when I configure GigaStudio to use Acid 4 as my sequencer, MIDI events from my keyboard do not get sent thru to GigaStudio, and therefore, I cannot hear what I play. However, if I record a new MIDI track without listening to what I play, then play back the track, Acid is communicating with GigaStudio since I can hear what I recorded. I do have the button for "Enable Real-time MIDI" turned on.

Any suggestions?

You need to go into the MIDI options in Acid and set the "MIDI thru From" source for the NemeSys MIDI port.

Great, that did it. I didn't realize I had to modify the right side of the screen, but it worked just great!
