Subject:Command-line batch conversion

I am converting a bunch of files in an automated process from standard WAV format to a compressed MSADPCM format. This is done through a command-line interface using a utility called SOX. However, a sound compressed with SOX sometimes has audible clicks and pops in it, whereas converting with SoundForge or SF's Batch Converter never has that problem. Does anyone know if there is a way to use the SF Batch Converter from the command-line, or if there is a better conversion tool than SOX?

Okay, an update: I received a response from Sonic Foundry saying that the Batch Converter does not have command line functionality. So the question now becomes, do any of you know a good alternative to SOX for converting WAV files to MSADPCM WAV files?
