Any ideas to Xfer tracks from Sonar to Vegas

Is there some way you can put markers in a .wav file to make transferring multiple tracks easier than lining them up by ear? Anybody have a good way of doing this or something I have not thought of??? I have people record in Sonar and want me to mix. I prefer using Vegas. Thanks for you pros helping out with any tips!

By converting the clips in Sonar to a complete *.wav for each track starting at 1:01:000 you can open them in Vegas in synch.

One way is to paste some audio at 1:01:000 in each track in Sonar > Edit > Select > All, then right-click on the selected area > Bounce to clips, then save the project as a bundle.
