How do I get Acid 3.0 to recognize my Audigy...? -ACID Product Family

Subject:How do I get Acid 3.0 to recognize my Audigy...? Posted by: NateNice Date:3/5/2003 9:47:48 PM Well - actually - it reads it fine for midi - but at the audio tab - i try to select the main audio driver for recording and the audigy doesnt show up, only windows driver and the sound mapper. What I've done already is updated drivers for acid and sound card(Audigy) - then rebooted. It's funny because i get this ultra clear recording with the recorder that was included with the sound card but crappy airry sound with acid because the main audio recorder is stuck at the cheezy sound recorder under accessories.

Hi,

If you select "Classic Windows Wave Driver" under the "Audio device type" menu, you should see the Audigy under the "Default Stereo and Front playback device" menu. Do you not?
