I had a BSOD with Acid4 yesterday .. when I went to re-run it I get the error 'An error occurred starting ACID'. The system is low on memory. You may be able to reduce memory usage by closing other applications.

This happens even after an uninstall and fresh re-install of Acid4 , and it's probably not low on memory as I have 1.5gb and all other applications load fine.

Any suggestions ?

What are your system specs? How much RAM do you have? Is anything running in the background? (This includes anything running in the Systray.)

Hmmm...when you uninstall, restart your system and then reinstall. Before reinstalling, be sure you delete any folder residue that more than likely may be left over.

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling ACID while Windows is in Safe Mode, then reinstall ACID after restarting in normal mode.
