Is there a way to make smooth tempo changes, say 100bpm to 110-120 bpm over a minute. I know I can add hundreds of tempo markers along the way, but I was looking for a tempo envelope type tool. jeff |

Not really. Maybe it's something we all can suggest? Not sure how it would be done though. (Maybe if you highlight an area of the timeline using the Time Selection Tool and specify a beginning and ending tempo for the in and out points? Anything in between would then be gradually increased or decreased in tempo.) Iacobus |

good idea. i've just sent the suggestion to SF. i don't really use tempo changes personally, mainly the current way of setting them is a cumbersome process, while i think these kind of features (like being able to reverse or ping-pong-loop samples non-destructively) should be implemented as a standard option in the program. |

Well for now the incremental tempo marker works OK, incream tempo by 1 bpm every 1/2 to 1 beat or so. |
