Subject:Offsetting MIDI to sync with audio loops

I have noticed that when using Acid to play back midi on an external MIDI Keyboard, the keyboard is 0.020 Seconds ahead of the audio tracks. I can offset the audio tracks to 1500 and everything syncs up. Is there a way to tell Acid to delay starting the MIDI device for 0.020 seconds while my audio card catches up? The Midi device holds rock solid just ahead of the audio. Thanks In Advance Jimmy |

Weird. Almost sounds like it could be a soundcard driver issue. This may sound stupid, but are the digital audio loops themselves "on the money", so to speak? If these are stock loops, they definitely should be. (I just wanted to be sure.) HTH, Iacobus |

Just tried setting the Audio Settings to Microsoft Mapper instead of WDM drivers and it seems to have fixed the offset problem.... Will I lose anykind of benefit from doing this? Jimmy |
