If you select no crossfades you should hear the whole of both overlapped tracks.

The 'use' of the 2nd audio layer it to allow more complex crossfades/segues to be assembled using the volume envelope.

Yeap, but that is not happening, for example when i overlap the track no2 over the number one,, Number one stop playing before it ends, and the second track begins to play, the only time it plays, is when i use a second layer, or when i put the option "Automatic Crossfade (X)" option that i dislike Very Very Much, Thank you
PD: for what you had told me, it seems that the second audio layer will be the same as if it were only one, Right??? Thanks

Try turning on 'Automatic Crossfades' (The little crossfade icon on the toolbar).

Yes the two audio layers play back as one.

Have you looked at the 'Help' or the manual ? try 'Help | Using CD Architect | Overview' for a start ...
