If I download a trial version of Soundforge 6.0 will it install over my current version (4.5)? Also does it have all features that the in-store version has? thanks, clemens

It will install along side 4.5 in a separate directory so that both will be functional. If you decide against 6.0 (*GASP*) then you can uninstall it and 4.5 will still be there, untouched. According to the demo download page:

Limitations in the Demo Version:

The demo version of Sound Forge does not allow saving.
CD Burning is disabled in the demo version of Sound Forge.
CD extraction is disabled in the demo version of Sound Forge.
The demo version of Sound Forge has a 2 minute play limit.
The demo version of Sound Forge has a 2 minute record limit.
