What has happened to the Get Media button? I only get the page with PocketFuel etc - the free loops page has gone. Or is it just me? |

It's just you. :) Actually, I just downloaded Feb Media a couple days ago. Make sure when the Get Media window pops up, you select the right selection on the left side. I'm not at my PC right now, so I forget what it's called, but there are two selections possible. One shows Pocket Fuel, and the other shows all the loops. M |

I'm not having a problem either. You might want to check again. Looks like they repackaged everything for smaller downloads. (I never had a problem; I have broadband. :) ) HTH, Iacobus |

The two choices are "Members Only" which is what most people are looking for, and "Sonic Foundry" which contains only a few small demo-type items. Actually this month's download was huge. It was 200.2MB. Almost seemed like they were giving away the store this month! |

Yeah, 200Megs, talk about bad timing...I dropped my broadband 2 weeks ago! D'oh!! Took awhile, but very much worth it. Downloading at 15K/sec is hard to get used to when one is used to 250-350K/sec. :( Actually, this month there are loops from "Slow Silhouette". I purchased this loop set a couple weeks ago when it came out. However, SoFo being SoFo, all the loops on the Get Media site are NOT part of the loop library, so it's still bonus loops for me! M |

Yeah, well ... I have Broadband too ... The two choices is what I meant - the "Members only" has disappeared, I only get the Sonic Foundry choice now. Maybe it's because I recently installed the 4.0b version upgrade?? |

Try uninstalling ACID completely and then reinstall using the update (which acts as a full version). You'll need to keep your serial key handy. Does this earlier thread help you out any? You didn't say whether or not you had cable, DSL or satellite for broadband. HTH, Iacobus |
