Stusy, it might help you get responses if you used the "Subject:" field for a subject, instead of just the first few words of your question. For example, you could have used the subject "prize for 10,000th forum post?" and people would have had some idea what your topic was before clicking. The subject line of "Will There..." means absolutely nothing and probably many people won't bother clicking on it to see what's there. I think you'll find that several of your other topics have had similar lack of response for similar reasons.

Chienworks,
I could not agree more. The subject should be short and accurate as possible and not some esoteric or incomplete donmeaning. I've wanted to say so before but generally I just chickened out.

I agree with Kelly...and think it would be nice if there was something like "Coffeehouse" at the Cakewalk groups where any subject is welcomed.

Perhaps you could ask SoFo to create a "General Interest" or "Miscellaneous" forum so that we don't have to filter through nonsense. I take the time to look at a lot of posts hoping to learn something; the post that started this thread is nothing but a big waste of time. He should save the mystery for his movies....

You mean silent movies...?

There's a "social & silly" forum at vegasusers.com, but no one has posted in it yet. ... *hint hint* ;)
