Subject:Over-all OUTPUT volume in ACID.

Hello.

I am running a decent pair of headphones directly out of my sound card but am only getting a signal on my left speaker, pretty weak at that..... None of my tracks are panned to the left, what setting am I over-looking?

Also - is there a way to increase the over-all output (monitor) level in ACID?
I can barely hear what I am working on.... When I stick a 2 channel mixer it between the sound card and headphones the signal sounds all distorted.

Please help.
