Dude, trust me...ditch the M-Audio stuff. I'm sure people will disagree, but everyone here knows the problems I have had and I am NOT impressed with them at all. I had the MidiSport 2x2 from M-audio and I got those same errors with it hooked up to my computer, it would crash Acid completely. When I unistalled the Midisport and m-audio drivers, everything worked like a charm. I know I am speaking from personal, and painful, experience, but I certainly won't be investing my money, or time, with them again.

Problem solved, I simply downloaded the Beta drivers specificly modified for ACID Pro... It works perfectly.
