I just spent a ton of time fixing drum tracks by adjusting tempos between hits. BUT, when I render, the tempo changes aren't being passed on. I just get a mix of the tracks without the tempo changes. What's up? -Jim- |

I'm trying to understand what the problem is....why are you inserting tempo changes between drum hits? Can you explain this? Doesn't really make sense...? |

I'm fixing a drumtrack that goes off the click. There's a way of fixing it by stretching (changing tempo) between hits to match up to the click. You can see how to do it here: http://www.sonicfoundry.com/support/SupportProduct.asp?FamilyID=2&Family=ACID&TopicID=4&DetailID=1409 Anyways, after I've done all of the work, I want to render the project with the tempo changes, but it aint happening. -Jim- |

Are you rendering out to a specific format, or are you bouncing the track down? Iacobus |

As you know from my other post, I was using one shots only - and they won't change tempo (someone should rewrite that article in the knowlege base - it won't do what it says). Thanks for your help. -Jim- |

Turn off the "preserve pitch when changing tempo" in the properties of the track section. It's b0rked for some reason but this should fix your beatmapping issues when rendering. reality |
