Subject:Forgot to choose the loops CD.....

I downloaded the Music 3.0 from the website, but forgot to choose the loops CD.
I have tried to contact Sonic Foundry by the customerservice@sonicfoundry.com mail adress to get it, with no luck. They don't reply to my inquiry.

Any one have a suggestion how to obtain it?
