Could anyone please tell me how to stop Acid automatically making the BPM of each component the same. Please Help Me

make sure track properties is checked in your view section, then click on the track to make its active then go down to track properties at the bottom and change the track type to one shot instead of loop,

I see you have already found the ACID forum. I'm curious, why do you want two loops playing at different tempos?
