Subject:Mp3 to WMA

I use Cubase and Cool Edit to record...Every time I try to upload a song on AcidPlanet it tells me it must be in Windows Media format...How do I convert a mixdown to wma,wmv,or asf...I've tried everything

In Cool Edit>File>Save Mixdown As>Save as Type>Windows Media Audio.
In Cubase>VST Channel Mixer>Export Audio>Save as Type(WAV)>Coding (Windows Media Audio)
