Subject:help! help!

I just moved from phx to upstate new york and set up my pc
i have sonic foundry acid style but there's nothing but the front page of the graphic unit,( the player/recorder) no files, no tunes ,or preloops
is there a way to try to retrieve or re upload to it!?

Whoa. Slow down. "The front page of the graphic unit"? You mean the GUI (graphical user interface)? Are you trying to say you have no loops?

i have the front page , but no loops , i can't even get the 8 trax to record on, i'm so ignorant, lost my cd to reload, arghhhhhhh

8 trax? You mean the 8Packs? There's one every week over at ACIDplanet. Know that doesn't help you if you had a bonus CD with past 8Packs, but it'll help build yourself a new collection.

If you ever have a problem with lost CD's, etc., give customer service a buzz. As long as you're a registered user, they should be able to help out somehow.
