Subject:Midi sync

I have ACID 4 and a Roland PC180a midi controller. IN other programs (cubase) everything works fine but in acid there is about a half second delay between hitting a key on the roland and sound registering on ACId?

Does anybody know what the problem is?

Sounds like a latency issue. What's your soundcard? It should have an option to adjust your latency or DMA buffer size.

What driver model are you using? WDM (MME or Windows Classic) or ASIO?

Thanks for your help. I found the problem, I had the playback buffering in ACID set too high.
