Acid pro 4.0 Rendering Problems -ACID Product Family

I apologise profusly if someone has asked this question already and I would accept a link to the thread If someone knows it. This problem popped up a short time ago, so its something new to me. When I try to render to ANY FILE TYPE, my computer freezes up after 21% or so. It does this for wma, mp3, wave, and all other types. Now the really wierd part is that other, shorter, files render quite fast - such as the demo song that SoFo gives you with acid. Could this be a problem with a song that I have in the mix? It did start as soon as I added some new songs to the playlist. Any assitance to my problem will be greatly appriciated. Again, please forgive me if this thread has been posted before, and don't flame me for my lack of spelling ability ;) Schuggs512

Pick up the latest build of ACID Pro 4.0 if you haven't tried that. Update your motherboard's BIOS. (You'd have to know your exact make and model mobo to do this. If this is a vendor-built system, they might have an updated BIOS for your model system at their Web site.) Knock back your video acceleration a notch or two. What's your operating system? After trying to render the same mix on a friends computer I've come to the conclusion that it's a problem with one of the songs that I using. But which one? Any thoughts on how to find the song thats doing it? Could it be a problem with the bit-rate at which they are encoded, because there are a bunch of different ones. thanks Schuggs512
