Subject:ACID 4.0b and Surround Posted by: blund Date:1/19/2003 6:13:51 PM I have a couple of questions regarding ACID 4.0b and Rendering 5.1 surround. 1) I have a mix that has several tracks assigned to CENTER, yet when I render it, to create the 6 mono files my CENTER channel has absolutley nothing in it, blank, nada, all other track have level, why is this have I set something up wrong? 2) In my 5.1 surround say I have and instrument panned 60% right front and 40% right rear, when the tracks are rendered, the mono file do not exactly match my division, why? 3) Finally, I have a guitar track and I have set numerous KEYFRAMS for surround panning - you know so it goes arounf the room like a Pink Floyd tune or something, yet when I render it to the six mono tracks, bring it into softencode (bought htis a few years back) burn either AC3 or wav I do not here it pan around the room, why?
