Hey Guys- Are there any drivers, not included in Acid Pro 4, that I'll need to get and install to prepare to use MIDI with Acid Pro 4. Thanks |

Be very specific about your hardware. Mainly, look for monitor and soundcard drivers, maybe BIOS update, Windows (if you're not into Mac) updates, everything! :) |

Ditto what Diane said. As long as your card is capable of doing MIDI, MIDI support should've already been included and installed when the drivers for WDM and ASIO were installed. HTH, Iacobus |

Oh yes. Sorry. I am using the MBox for sound(yup, looking at running Pro Tools now but I not sure it will work with Acid). When I asked the question I failed to mention that my present PC has never ran MIDI. And I was wondering if I might have to pre-install certain apps or programs to help this transition into the MIDI realm. |

Ahhh... Doesn't appear the MBox has MIDI. You might want to take a look at something like the solutions from M-Audio. You also don't need, say, a MIDI keyboard, but it would definitely help in recording MIDI. HTH, Iacobus |
