I have a big problem! I am working on a very long music mix.It is about 56 min. When i try to render that mix into a WAW file or any other file it comes to 2% and then the estimated time is going up to infinity(it has come to 8 hours!).My computer:Athlon 2000xp+, Geforce 4 ti 4200, 512 DDR rams, Nvidia Nforce 2 mother board, Windows XP pro,the soundcard is intergrated in the motherboard. PLEASE HELP |

I´ve had a similar problem with a song. It was not so long but it had a lot of recorded audio. It seems that these sort of songs are too much for our systems (or perhaps there is a kind of bug in Acid) and the computer can´t handle all the information.I was obliged to delete all the muted tracks and two not very important audio tracks and the render worked fine. Other possibility is doing partial renders ( four or six tracks at the same time) to low the total number of tracks. |

You may want to bounce down several tracks into one before even rendering. Solo 2 or 3 tracks and then use CTRL+M. Delete the old tracks when you're happy. Repeat as necessary. HTH, Iacobus |

Mixing to one track would mean actually committing to something! I don't think I can handle it. F |

You can actually keep the original tracks if you want to. Just mute them and they won't interfere. :) Iacobus |
