Subject:Is detailed volume modification possible?

Hello -

I know in CakeWalk Pro Studio there is a simple way to highlight a small section of a track to apply volume changes. For instants if I have a drum loop set on 4 measures but I wanted the last measure to fade in or fade out I could simply click on that measure and manually set a high point and a low point to depict the volume fade.... Did I explain that worth a dang?

Is this possible in Acid Pro?

Yes it is. ACID has a feature called an envelope. You can insert an envelope into a track, then select envelope points and then do your fade-in or fade-out, or you can automate changes in volume all over the place. I believe that in ACID Pro you can have unlimited points in your envelope. You can do this in Vegas too.
