Subject:Stuttering on ACID 4.0

I was using ACID 4.0 on Windows 98 but just upgraded to Windows XP. Now when I do a task (like painting tracks or dragging the dividers) during playback of a project, the sound will stutter. I'm using Soundblaster Audigy Platinum soundcard and updated the driver, even reinstalled ACID again but the problem still occurs.

Did you update ALL your drivers? Video card also?

Ok, it seems there's at least three of us who are having problems with XP and the Audigy card. Is there anyone who is not having problems? If so it would be very helpful if you would post your computer specs together with Acid and Soundcard settings. Perhaps we can figure outwhat's happening.

People on the Vegas forum are having Audigy problems also.
