Why am I not able to save changes? -Sound Forge - PC

Subject:Why am I not able to save changes? Posted by: Kjellster Date:1/8/2003 10:45:02 PM Ok so I am working on a video in Vegas and I have a 2 or 3 minute clip I am fixing in Sound Forge 6. It was a bit of wind noise for which I am using Noise Filter. the portion of the clip that I want to change is only 10 seconds, but according to the HELP instructions, once I have taken my sample I have to apply it to the whole clip. For one thing that ties up my computer for several minutes, and when I go to save it, about 20 minutes or more. The worst part is that during the process of saving the file, my computer hangs up and I get an error message, saying I don't have enough disk space or something when I know I have plenty. What is the deal? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless. Kjellster My system (if it helps): Asus A7M266-D Mobo(but I am only using one proc) AMD 1600+ SiiG Riad Card 2 Western Digital 80g drives (not striped yet) 1 IBM Deskstar 60g system drive etc.
