Subject:Acid 1,2,3,4 - pro FX PLUG-IN Before rendering?

Hi,I am using Acid pro 4 at this moment,
For wave loops only ( no keyboard or midi) every thing is going through the same sound card, mixing and Playing the final renderd file.
How com, that the music sounds very flat when mixing with acid -(Bass and treble normal) and when I render it,
and play the file with other software, it sounds very heavy (The bass and treble)?
when playing in windows media, other players, and on the set top cd player?
(I have set the Eq, on normal to make sure on the tested software and hardware)
I have tried rendering it in lot of formats, wav mp3, wma etc.
But if I play the same file in Sound forge and vegas it sounds normal ( like it sounded by mixing) but by al other software and,
Normal cd players it sound very heavy?
The renderd file only sounds normal (as it is by mixing)
when I ad - The Audio FX Plug-in - "Parametric Eq" , and set the preset on
"[Sys]200 Hz high-pass" then render it.
Well, Am I the only one hearing the differens
Between the mixing and the renderd file?
or does everybody, ad a FX plug-in before rendering?

I would like some help, Thank you if you do so.
