Subject:SF6 asio?

can anyone at Sonic tell me if there is going to be an update to sound forge 6, to be asio? other software i need to use now, are only asio, and therefore conflict with the editor using WDM....

hope this will happen before sonicfoundry gets sold.....................

Nobody knows yet if SoFo is going to get sold (at least not by anyone outside the company). For all we know, they could go the way Steinberg has. (Steinberg still exists as itself under Pinnacle.)

How does using software that uses ASIO conflict with Sound Forge's WDM? They're just different driver models; you basically end up with the same result.
