Subject:FX Not working in AcidPro 3

When I try to add FX in AcidPro 3 I get the proper FX window, but when I try to apply the modifications the application crashes. I've removed and re-installed the application and still nothing. Any ideas!??

A bunch. What's your system's specs? Anything installed running in the background?

AMD DURON Processor, 800MHZ. 256MB RAM. 16bit soundblaster soundcard. Anything else you need to know!?

Also, NOthing is running in the background.

Does this happen when you try to apply changes while the project plays back, or just when nothing else is happening?

(What's your operating system?)

Try also updating the drivers for the Sound Blaster if you haven't done so already. Get the latest build of ACID Pro 3.0 (3.0g Build 365) as well if you don't have that.

Never really tried it while the project is playing back, but it happens when nothing else is happening.

Also, I'm running Windows 98.

I will check on the SoundBlaster Drivers, but I had already updated the drivers, but am not sure what version I currently have...

Don't rule out your video card either. Try updating the drivers for video if you haven't done so in awhile as well as maybe turning down video acceleration a notch or two.
