Here is a post from the UA forums on the DX plugins: We'll be showing DX versions of the UAD plugins at NAMM. These will have full delay compensation within Sonar and other DX hosts. We hope to include these in our 3.0 release, but we'll know for sure by the show. In the mean time, the latest version of the FXpansion wrapper has been tested with Sonar and works very well with the UAD-1. -Joe Joe Bryan VP Engineering & Technology Universal Audio Santa Cruz Plus if multicard support is included I'll be stressed to get a second in the near future. This is going to be a interesting newyear! Ed. |

i read this post as well, and i was very, very happy. this brings me one step closer to my dream setup. my software dream studio 1. acid 4.1 very stable with rewire master cabalities and better monitoring of external midi 2. (3) uad cards and (1)tc powercore 3. reason 3.0 with external midi (this would not be needed if acid 4.1 midi moitoring is corrected) 4. seperate computer running V-stack for vsti's this way it puts less of a strain on acid the future looks bright |
