How do you remove the 'glitch' sound that is occasionally created in the seam of a loop?

First, put a better topic that relates to your question and you may get more responses. "Soundforge 6.0" is pretty vague in the "Sound Forge" forum.

There usually isn't gliches caused by Sound forge when creating loops. You will get a "Glith" if you convert the file to .MP3 format. This is a property of the .MP3 format, where it adds silence on the beginnning and end of the file. Save the same loop as a .WAV and you won't get the silence added to the loop.

Try checking out the Loop Tuner (accessed by using CTRL+L on your keyboard). This nifty little tool will help you find zero crossings at the beginning and the end of the file so that it doesn't glitch while looping. An absolutely essential tool for us custom loop freaks.

(Make sure you specify loop points by clicking Special>Edit Sample on the menu bar before using the Loop Tuner. Otherwise, you won't be able to use it.)

I'm Disk Jockey using sound forge 6.0 - I want to record my mixes but don't want to make it all one big sound file - I want to separate each track when it's being mixed and name the separation so that when I play it on my cd player I can search through all the tracks, how can I do this?

Read the documentation on using markers and regions.
